The Editor

The Editor's identity remains a secret.

The Editor's identity remains a secret.

The editor is best described in the Time magazine article that covered him. The publication described him as “a mystery wrapped inside of an enigma”. That statement could not be farther from the truth. It is utterly impossible to know the origin of this mastermind. His place of residency is unknown. His interests are unknown. Even his species is unknown. Jeff L. Horner, however, claimed to have met him just once. He described him as “sage-like” and “timeless”. This quote implies that the editor may not age or may have not ever been born at all. Horner went on to state, “I believe that eventually, when the world is ready, his identity will be revealed. Now, however, is not the time.”
